About Me
Hi, I'm Julia
Born in Oregon to a large blue-collar family, I've always been sure of two things. The first was that I am meant to be apart of the education world, whatever that may look like. The second thing was my determination to find stability and routine in my own life. After earning a B.S. in Elementary Education and a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction as a first-generation college student, I found myself in teaching and program management roles throughout my early career.
Most recently, I have gained experience working in the government sector where I focused on college and career readiness with high school students and professional development for their educators. This experience has created a full-circle moment for me, as I am witnessing my own work helping other first-generation college students find comfort and stability for themselves. Working with the future workforce has brought me so much knowledge when it comes to what they truly need in order to pursue their dreams and future careers, as well as what the current workforce needs in order to join forces with the next generation.

This new venture allows me to have the best of both worlds. I'm bringing businesses and organizations the tools and support they need to work and communicate with students that could very well be their most successful employee one day, AND I'm staying connected with schools and their students in ways that brings the most value for them.
